Description
ExperienceFellow is an app that enables invited customers to give detailed feedback regarding their customer experiences to any company or organization. Like a digital diary, customers can add touchpoints (moments of direct or indirect contact with a certain product, service, or brand), name these, evaluate them, and document them with text, photo, video, or audio notes. Furthermore, meta-date such as date and time, and location are collected. With ExperienceFellow customers can have a direct impact on the quality of any product or service they are using.
