Export Calendars Pro will let you easily export events and reminders from your Macs Calendar and Reminders apps to an Excel file, CSV file, tab-delimited text file or directly to the clipboard. All calendar sources that Apple’s Calendar app does support are supported by the app too, including Google and Exchange calendars. But its not just any export tool: It lets you export special fields like an events duration, which is great for determining your billable hours.
The app is designed to work with Apples Calendar app, but except for some vendor-specific extensions, it also works with third-party calendar apps like BusyCal and Fantastical, as long as the calendars used there are also configured in Apples Calendar app.
Many users do store additional data in the Notes field of an event. Export Calendars Pro can extract various data types from the event notes and location and is able to export them as separate fields, e.g. Address data, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. An events title, location and notes can also be split into separate segments using a customizable delimiter. Each segment can then be exported to a separate column.
The app is capable of organizing multiple export setups in templates to make repeated exports easier. An export template remembers the fields that were selected for the export, in which order they were arranged, the data sorting options, and the selected export format.
Export Calendars Pro also supports Apples Shortcuts app, which lets you automate exports.

- Added Shortcuts support: You can now perform an export fully automatically via Apple’s Shortcuts app. Export Calendars Pro provides the shortcut “Export Events & Reminders”, which lets you select a predefined search filter and export template. You specify the date range to be exported as input to the shortcut. The shortcut returns the created export file as a file object. The format of the export file as well as the fields to be exported and their format are defined beforehand in the export template to be used.
- Added support for macOS 14 Sonoma. Note that Sonoma introduces a two-level access mode for calendars: Write-only access and Full access. Make sure you grant the app full access to your calendars so that it can list and access all available calendars.

Top App!
Genau, was ich brauche, um iCloud-Termine auszuwerten und abzurechnen. App funktioniert sehr gut, auch unter OS X 10.10. (10.8 auch getestet - ohne Probleme!). Schneller, hilfreicher Support - fünf Sterne deluxe!
Stabil und zuverlässig
Flexibel genug, macht genau, was ich brauche, um meine Termine in mein Rechnungsprogramm zu bekommen, läuft auch unter Yosemite...
Fast Perfekt!
Eine tolle App, die das ausgleicht, was iCal einfach nicht kann. Wenn jetzt noch Datum und Start-/ Endzeit getrennt ausgegeben werden könnten, wäre das nochmal ein Extrapluspunkt. Aber auch so schon einwandfrei zu empfehlen!!
Super leistungsfähiges Tool zur Auswertung des Standard-Kalenders
Dieses Programm ersetzt optimal Apps für Mac, iPhone, iPAD zur Erfassung und Auswertung von Arbeitszeiten! Der OS-X/iOS Standardkalender kann genutzt werden, der sich via iCloud- , Exchange-Synchronisation usw. abgleichen lässt. Damit muss nicht ein weiterer Cloud-Dienst zum Abgelich einer Arbeitszeiten-App genutzt werden. Das Ablegen von persönlichen Daten in Cloud-Diensten sollte man minimieren! Leistungsumfang und Bedienung super - sehr zu empfehlen!
Super, aber Import fehlt mir.
Ein super Programm, aber bitte, bitte implementieren Sie eine Import-Funktion von csv/xlsx nach iCal. Es gibt zwar Online-Konverter, aber ich möchte doch nicht alle meine persönliche Daten an irgendeine Webadresse schicken. Meines Wissens gibt es bisher noch keine Programme, die diesen Import beherrschen.
Super Programm
Der Export in eine Excel oder Numbers Tabelle funktioniert perfekt. Ursprünglich kaufte ich das Programm, weil mein Bento seit 1.1.2016 nicht mehr mit iCal kommuniziert. FileMaker konnte mir keinen Grund nennen. Da ich mir aber für Bento die Termine aus dem Kalender hole, brauche ich eine Tabellenfunktion. Und - siehe da! Dieses Programm beherrst es perfekt. Jetzt nutze ich es auch für meine Buchhaltung: Fahrtenbuch, Steuer, etc. Danke an den Entwickler. :-)
