EZ Sales Calc allows you to quickly find the discounted sales price instantly on your iPhone or iPod Touch. Here is how it works, stores will often sell items for a discounted sales price. The store will discount an item by a percentage of the original price. For example, an item that originally cost $100 may be discounted by 25%. So this means the the item is $25 off for a price of $75, but the problem is the store may have a sign that says percentage taken off at checkout, so you are stuck figuring out the sales price. The example above is relatively easy to figure out but how about when the same example above is on sale with an additional discount. Here is how it works the store has a sign above the $100 item that says 25% taken off at checkout. Now there is another tag that says something like special sale take an addition 10% off the clearance price bringing the total price at purchase time to $67.50. This isn’t easy to figure out in your head, but with EZ Sales Calc it happens in seconds.
