If you want to track every single calorie you eat, right down to 2 decimal points. And you want to track every second of every physical activity you do. Then this app is for you ... NOT. Tracking diet and exercise is very useful for meeting one’s fitness goals but tracking every microscopic detail is time consuming and strenuous. Even the most motivated of fitness enthusiasts give up after a few weeks, if not days. Enter EZ-Tracker. You log every time you exercise for at least 45 minutes. You also log every time you eat junk food or consume alcohol. It assumes that most of your meals are healthy. You get “+2” for exercise and “-1” for eating unhealthy food. The app shows you running average of the last seven days. You can set your own target for points and the app will tell you if you’re own track. Simple.
