EZZCRM is the Business Tool developed for Merchants (Small Business and expendable to medium size big size Business) to manage the customers interactions and other features. EZZCRM offers Messaging , Reservation , Order Management features. EZZCRM is like a assistant for you, so you focus more on what you are good at. Design : Our Business Tool has two part , 1) EZZCRM 2)Merchant App. EZZCRM: is more like a admin app , it’s more merchant convenience to easy manage interactions with there customers. Merchant App: we create a white label mobile application for each Merchant (small business ), which is accessed by there customers. Finance : Merchant creates there merchant ID by providing information , we configure that information in the “Merchant App” and release merchant app in the App Store . Video: Merchant upload or embed the videos , to share with there customer , example martial arts business with martial arts forms video . Messaging: Merchants will be able to communicate with the customers and vice versa. Reservation: Customers will be able to set up appointments/reservations with the Merchants. Order Management: Merchants will sell the services / Products to customers. Manage your sales and Leads from once place. Example of sales is , monthly fees , goods sold. No additional Hardware required , Use your Mobile Device, wherever you are. Privacy / Security Statement: EZZCRM would not send any spam messages. We Protect you from Spam. EZZCRM HTTPS protocol for data transmission. EZZCRM would not save credit cards , Bank information locally. This get saved in secure / PCI enabled credit card processing company. EZZCRM APP/ Merchant APP, can not be used of any illegal purpose. If any violations is found we will terminate the Merchant .
