Crashes

After a week, it still crashes before it even opens! Theyre "looking into it", per an email response to mine. Well see?... Well, here it is 2 wks L8R, and still no remedy to open the "crashing" app! They do not respond to emails any more! Only the first one.

The free app directed me to this app to take pics of multiple faces, but this is for movies?! And I tried it but it is a waste of $2. The faces bounce around the entire time if they even get in the face the right way.
