App stürzt auf iPhone 4 nach Aufruf ab trotz mehrfachen Installationsversuchs. Ich gehe lieber zum Ticketschalter, als mich über einen geschenkten Gaul zu ärgern.

Warum kann ich mir in der App eine Verbindung aussuchen, für die das Ticket kaufen und danach feststellen, dass die Gültigkeit des Tickets vor Fahrtantritt abläuft??? Das ist vollkommener Schwachsinn. Gerade für Gelegenheitsfahrer eine ziemlich undurchsichtige Sache.

Anfänglich fand ich die Darstellung der Abfahrtszeiten in der App etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber mittlerweile nutze ich sie regelmäßig und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Viele sinnvolle verbindungen werden nicht angezeigt. An manchen Stationen werden Verkehrsmittel trotz sinnhaftigkeit nicht aufgeführt. Früher/später gibts nicht. Rückfahrt gibts nicht. Verspätungen und vorzeitige Abfahrten stimmen oft überhaupt nicht. Eine zeit lang war diese app besser als die des bvg. Jetzt ist diese eine Katastrophe!

...sonst bist du verlassen. Kein Wunder das Deutschland in Sachen mCommerce ein Entwicklungsland bleibt. Mitten am Tag (10:00h) wird dieses System zu Wartungszwecken abgeschaltet. Vom look and feel ist die App bei iOS 4.0 stehen geblieben. UPDATE 29.12.2014: Die Unbrauchbarkeit dieser App hält an. Wer sich darauf verlässt, muss in Kauf nehmen mal nicht einsteigen zu dürfen oder er muss schwarz fahren. Wer dennoch jedesmal das passende Kleingeld für den Fahrscheinautomaten dabei hat braucht diese überflüssige App sowieso nicht.
