The content is excellent, however, the homepage takes very very long to load, and only portrait orientation is available. Whatever happened to user centric design.

Customer service is non existent. I paid for a subscription and do not have access to it. Customer service only response an automatic email that has nothing to do with my issue? Phone customer service says I need to email them since she is in india working for a call center she cant help with these issues.

Love that you can easily access the best stories thru the "our picks" section. App is very easy to navigate to get what you want to read.
