Feel Alive Now is a 10 minute motivational booster by Glenn Harrold, that will leave you feeling more alive and in the present moment. As soon as you start listening to the recording it will bring you into a state of presence and awareness. Mid way through you will be guided to repeat a number of feel good affirmations. The recording can be used for relaxation or while you are exercising as it is does not guide you into a deep trance state. It is more of a mindfulness track that focusses your awareness on the present moment. The second track is a short 12 minute hypnosis sleep booster track for bedtime use. Perfect when short on time or during work breaks.

This Feel Alive Now session by Glenn is short but powerful. I just tried it at the end of my lunch break. At 10 minutes, it is just the right amount of "pick me up" and affirmation to reboot my perspective for the rest of the day. I really appreciate the message about being present now. Helped me calm the mind. TY Glenn!
