Description
The FH Foundation aims to further the understanding, diagnosis and treatment of familial hypercholesterolemia (FH). FH is the most common genetic disorder that causes early heart disease. Today, over 30 million people worldwide have FH, but 90% are undiagnosed. This app includes support for running the FH diagnostic criteria, as well as resources for both healthcare providers and individuals living with FH.
