Fidgetingg is a set of movements, sometimes unconscious, that allow you to burn calories. A U.S. scientific study praises the benefits and potential of Fidgeting. This application allows you to make Fidgeting moving the fingers of the hand, calculating approximately the burned calories.
To use this application, just place the iPhone on the desk and touch the start button, than, tap the violet icons using the fingers of your hand. With the other hand you can continue to work or study!
