Description

Field Agent by apmasphere is a mobile property management inspection application. Field Agent walks the property manager through 4 different inspection types. For a room by room routine inspection similar to Field Agent 1 we have have the Quick Routine option and for the extensive routine inspection we have a Detailed Routine option. To complete the tenancy cycle we have an Ingoing and Outgoing Inspection option. These reports are based on the requirements throughout Australia, New Zealand and the UK, and an editable template for other jurisdictions. The property manager is prompted to add comments and photos to each room and feature in the property. After the inspection is complete then the report can be emailed directly from your iPhone straight to the client or back to the office computer. Field Agent includes the popular ‘overlay’ feature. This feature brings up photos from previous inspections and lets the property manager use them as an overlay, meaning you can take the same photo over and over again. It’s a great way to keep track of the condition of a property over the life of the tenancy. Routine Inspections are free of charge. Ingoing and Outgoing inspections cost 1 credit and credits can be purchased from within the application using your iTunes account. Field Agent is designed by property managers, for property managers.

Impressive

I finally found what I was looking for! Very clean and easy to use. And you cant argue with the price lol :) looking forward to future updates thank you.

Has Huge Potential

I was looking for an app that I could do all my walk throughs with tenants and have them sign the report. Used either on the iPhone or ipad and this one has potential. Need to be able to edit reports and delete pictures from reports. Rename reports, etc. Also being able to add custom templates for letters would be huge!

Just like the other reviewer posted, after taking some pics, I went back in to edit/add notes the pics & THEY WERE GONE!!! Also gone was ALL the property info I had stored!!! Only thing left was the name of the property... This app has plenty of potential but needs MAJOR work right now!!!...

Disaster

I started taking photos and editing the notes the screen went blank and I could not get back into the app. I ended up deleting the app and taking pictures on my iPhone. This was a complete waste of time and a my pictures and notes were gone. Im glad this happened before I left the property. Do not use this app or either have a backup plan if your stuff disappears like the rest of us.

1. I should be able to access the photos on other devices (if I use the same ID/Password) 2. I should be able to access photos on my dropbox acct. 3. Field agents dont deal with rent reviews, rent increase or renewals so just dont add junk. 4. Sometimes photos go black and white and I cant email them. That shouldnt happen. 5. When I email, notation should go along with the photos. Not - all notations then photos. 6. The ability to cut or rotate a photo, would be helpful Other then that... Excellent app.
