The Field Interview Card app was created by LEOs for LEOs to easily take field interview notes and generate FI cards. I was made to replace field interview paper notebooks and speed up the note taking process and accuracy for LEOs. APP FEATURES --------------- INCIDENT NOTES - Enter details about the incident (start time, incident #, incident type, address ...) - No need to waste time searching for the address where the incident occurs. Just tap a button to lookup the address automatically (using the phones GPS). PERSON NOTES - Enter details about each person involved (victim, witness, suspect, ...). Create as many persons profile as you need to. - Scan peoples ID to add all the IDs data into the FI card (name, home address, ID number, expiration date, ...). A real time saver! - Use the physical appearance section to easily describe each person. - Fill the contact information section to capture their phone number, email, ... in case you need to connect with them later on. - Take photos of the persons you add to the app and add notes to each photo VEHICLE NOTES - Capture notes for each vehicle involved in the incident (model, make, VIN number, license plate, color, ...). - Scan the vehicle VIN barcode or registration card to save time FIELD INTERVIEW CARD GENERATION AND EXPORT - Once all notes are entered, automatically generate the FI card with all the details inside - FI Cards can be exported to your favorite app (Gmail, Yahoo mail, Outlook, Notes, ...). PRICING --------- The Field Interview Card app can be downloaded for free on the app store. To unlock all the tests, a Pro upgrade is required with a yearly membership. The yearly membership subscription is US$19.99/year after a 1 week free trial period. LEGAL --------- The price of the subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the users Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
