* Description
“FileZen Pro” is the app for file sharing with robust security features, managed by “FileZen”, the secure file sharing appliance. Soliton’s “FileZen” (V2.6.0 and above) appliance is required to use this app.
* Features
- Managed File Transfer (MailAddrBin)
You can send photos / files from “FileZen” / received from other applications with using “FileZen Pro”
Recipients will be informed the file download URL by email.
- Sharing files (Upload/Download)
You can upload/download the files to/from the folder which only authorized members can access.
You can sync the files in specific folder on FileZen.
You can use the files saved in “FileZen Pro” offline.
- Profile Registration
You can save “FileZen” authentication/configuration as several profiles on “FileZen Pro”. Once you define IP address of FileZen, upload folder, MailAddrBin option (Managed File Transfer) as a profile, you can use the defined profile from the next time (you don’t need to configure it again).
- Device identification with client certificates
You can use the client certificates for “FileZen” logon authentication. IT manager can block the access from unauthorized devices to “FileZen” by robust authentication.
When you use client certificate for “FileZen” logon authentication , you need “Soliton KeyManager”.
