Get control over your TV with the Cincinnati Bell Fioptics Remote App. With this app, you have the ability to control your TV and schedule recordings right from your tablet--even on the go. The Fioptics Remote App also allows you to easily view program schedules and guide information, and to check out movies and shows available through Video On Demand. NOTE: You must be connected to the Cincinnati Bell Wi-Fi network that was installed by a Cincinnati Bell technician. This Wi-Fi network is used to connect your TV set-top boxes and must be the one used to connect your Fioptics TV app. Verify your Wi-Fi connection, by accessing Settings then Wi-Fi on your device. Ensure the name, or SSID, of the Wi-Fi network matches that for your home network. If you are still experiencing this error after verifying your connection, please make sure you are using the Wi-Fi connection that is provided from Cincinnati Bell through a Westell, ZTE, or Zyxel device. If you have other devices in your home that are access points for Wi-Fi, these cannot be used with the Fioptics TV app. After you have verified your connections, click “Scan.”
