It seems clear to me that the people that developed this app have never used it to actually order while they on their way to pick up Firehouse Subs. I have tried, and failed to complete an order twice while we were on our way to the local Firehouse Subs location due to problems with the payment method and instability and lack of timing options. If you are 15-20 minutes away from the store dont bother, by the time you complete the order youll be at the store but the app will tell you have to pick a time at least 20-30 minutes later. Firehouse subs makes great food, though a bit overpriced, but app development really isnt a core competency. Please improve this app and make it more user friendly and functional.
Note to Firehouse App Developers
First thing I would do is fire you and get an IT group that has a clue. This app is a joke. Welcome to 2016.

Great app!
Wasted Time
I got all the way through the order process (a hassle with their menu system) entered payment info and created an account only to be given a generic error and told I would need to call my order in without a reason given. Unprofessional.
Unexpected request for camera access
Upon opening this app for the first time, permission for access to the camera is requested. I did not expect this for a Firehouse Subs Rewards app so I denied the access then it requested access for notifications and location services. I denied both and deleted the app. Not cool.
Not connected to register?
This app is missing some hardware integration at the restaurant end.

Love your subs but hate your crappy app. Total waste of time trying to sign up for an account. Guess Ill be ordering lunch somewhere else.
