App offers $5 when you download it and place your first order but there is no way to apply the $5 to the order. Then I get here 10 min after my order is supposed to be ready and its still not ready.
Disappointing
I ordered a smoothie and chose pick up time 20 minutes later. Arrived right on time and store hadnt received order-I already paid with CC and received receipt via email. As I re-ordered, now waiting for it be made-defeating the whole point of advance ordering, slip printed exactly at pick up time 5pm--I dont want them to get order when I arrive--whats the point--please fix to have order get sent in advance!!!!
No Map view?! Really?!
Their app displays only a list of addresses! Theres no map view. This made it far too time consuming to find a location to order from while on the road, so I simply pulled up the Chipotle app (with a map view) and gave them my business. Add a map view of locations nearby!
Super slow
By far the slowest drive thru I have ever been to. I usually go through when I need to catch up on emails, take a nap, or a conference call.
Cant use in all stores
If a tropical smoothie does not have a QR reader then youre SOL. If youre going to push the app at least provide your stores with the proper equipment (looking at you Michigan locations)
Not enough info or choices
Cant customize a smoothie to have Splenda. No nutrition info. Cant use it so will delete ap.
Not a good first impression
Made several referral no $5 credit. Not a good way to start.
