Learning with Hippo presents First Afrikaans words. This app offers an exciting set of educational games for your child (even adults) to learn Afrikaans words through a variety of exercises for learning the alphabet, Animals, colors and much more. Let your kids explore different illustrative picture while improving their reading skills. The simple and intuitive user interface is designed to be kids friendly, which allows children to play without help from an adult. ----------------------------------------- How to play: Drag and drop to arrange the letters in the correct order to make up a word. ---------------------------------------- Expect your kids to improve in all of the following areas: • Reading • Animal recognition • Colors recognition • Fruits and vegetable recognition and much more • Memory skills • Fine motor skills (in toddlers) • Increased motivation to read and learn • Phonics: kids learn how to blend the phonic sounds to form words. There are six different settings for increased difficulty. Each word has a clear Native Audio, which reads out the correct pronunciation. This is very important for a childs learning. The user-friendly interface allows kids to learn fast. Learn to spell Afrikaans

Some words that are spelled in the game do not match what the speaker is saying. Ex. when " s-k-i-p" was spelled the speaker said "boot". Still a very good game though!

No sound

Even with "Speakers voice: on", theres no sound. Much better apps out there than this one
