Description

To access First NBC Mobile, you must be a FirstNet online banking customer. Enrolling in First NBC Mobile is easy. To do so, simply log into FirstNet Online Banking, select the Options tab and then the Mobile Web Settings tab and complete the required fields. Once mobile banking enrollment is complete, a confirmation text will be sent to the phone number you provided during enrollment, and you can then begin using our mobile banking app. First NBC Mobile provides customers the ability to use their iPhone/iPad to initiate routine transactions and conduct research anytime, from anywhere. • View Account Balances • Pay Bills • Transfer Funds between First NBC Accounts • View Account Alerts • Search Branch and ATM Locations First NBC Mobile supports all account types including checking, savings, certificates-of-deposit, money markets, loans, and lines-of-credit. Disclosure: First NBC Mobile is a FREE* service that allows you to access your accounts using your iPhone/iPad. *There is no fee from First NBC Bank. Connectivity and usage rates may apply. Does not work

I have tried over and over again to log into the app and it keeps telling me my account is not active. I check my account everyday so I know it is. This app is useless.

Seriously? This app has NEVER worked. Still gives message that the account is inactive even though its very clearly active. Why is this even still available in the App Store??

Ive new waiting and waiting for this app. Now that its here, it doesnt work. Its almost to the point that I will close my account. Other banking apps are very easy to use and I can pay bills and transfer money with. I cant even check my account with this app.

If you were trying to figure out why the app keep saying inactive because you have to go on your online banking to activate it so you can get it on the app... Just go to your setting and put your number in with the type of service you have and there you have it
