Description
Firstbeat Sports app is a part of Sports cloud offering designed for teams to monitor athletes training load and recovery. In order to use the App, personal credentials provided by your coach are required.
With the Firstbeat Sports app athletes can perform the Quick Recovery Test (QRT), training sessions and assess their fitness level (VO2max) from running sessions using only their phone and a paired heart rate monitoring chest strap. After the recording, results are automatically synchronized with the Firstbeat Sports Cloud platform. This ensures that coaches and trainers have quick access to the information they need to keep athletes healthy and performing at a high level throughout the season.
