Like most people have you always wondered if you are Fit or Fat? Fit or Fat will ask you a few questions on your lifestyle and your statistics based on which it will tell you if you are Fit or Fat!
Fit or Fat uses the Body Mass Index (BMI) calculator that estimates a persons ideal weight based on the individuals height and weight. The BMI method was devised by Adolphe Quetelet.
