Lifestyle Diseases (LSDs) have become a big drain on the family budget, besides affecting the quality of life. According to one estimate, we now live 10 years longer but spend 20 years more with debilitating diseases. The worst thing about LSDs is, that once the treatment starts, not only it stays for the life time, but the dose keeps increasing. Fit for Life App in CPCM mode corrects the leading indicators that cause the LSDs by:
Prescribing a diet that is appropriate for the persons’ lifestyle and his / her physiology.
Monitoring and correcting the relevant parameters like glycemic load, protein quantity, Carb, Protein and Fat ratio and N-6:N-3 ratio etc at each meal as well as on daily and monthly basis.
Supplying the corrective foods, whenever required.
Arranging for specialists to impart the required knowledge, either on group or individual basis.
Conducting activities that are conducive for better compliance.
