It is important to say，this app is not from Fitbit.We just use the open platform from Fitbit and sync data from the Fitbit to Apple Health.
Fitbit Sync makes a bridge between Fitbit and Apple Health
The data type as follows are supported:

2、Walking+Running Distance
3、Activie Energy
4、Resting Energy
5、Dietary Energy
6、Body Mass Index
7、Water
8、Sleep Analysis
9、Body Fat Percentage
10、Weight
11、Heart Rate(resting heart rate for now)
12、Flights Climbed
Maybe some of them are not supported,it depends on your fitbit device.
