FitCards Navy SEAL takes bodyweight exercise to it’s highest level. It provides a 52-card deck that displays various exercises for you to follow. Four exercises are associated with a particular focus and are assigned to each suit. A timer will also be provided so you can keep track of your time during game play. You can stop the game whenever you feel like you have done enough. Just press the back arrow button and choose to see your time and score. The goal is to eventually finish the whole 52 card deck in 45 minutes or less, so log your results in order to track progress.
