SIMPLICITY
FitRoulettes micro-workouts take less than a minute, can be done anywhere, and do not require equipment. FitRoulette confirms the micro-workouts have been done using your heart rate, which is taken via the iPhone camera.
REMINDERS
FitRoulette will randomize a schedule of micro-workouts for you based on your preferences. FitRoulette will also notify you when its time for a micro-workout. Just MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE FITROULETTE RUNNING IN THE BACKGROUND for it to work!
