Use your Apple Watch or connect a Bluetooth heart rate monitor to Flex Fitness to send real-time heart rate and rep count data to www.sweatflex.com whilst participating in your favourite online workouts. Experience the next generation of at-home fitness as you compete with others in real-time to claim the top spot on the leaderboard.
Flex Fitness supports Apple Watch and all heart rate monitors with Bluetooth LE.
When used with Apple Watch, Flex Fitness integrates with the Health app to read your heart rate during a workout and save information about a completed workout in the Activity app.
