Splash Data - Flight Tracker Review

Very disappointed. I expected better from SplashData. I had their other apps on my Palm Treo and they all worked well. I have their SplashID and SplashShopper for my iPhone and these 2 apps work very well. But their Flight Tracker for the iPhone needs some serious work. I just got back from a short vacation and planned on using the Flight Tracker for my flight and airport information. I got better and more accurate information by logging onto the usair site directly. No gate info and no baggage claim info.

Nothing but wrong info

This app almost caused me to miss meeting an exchange student yesterday at Newark Airport. It said her flight was coming in to Terminal B, and it actually came into Terminal A! That would NOT have been good, missing greeting a person whos never been to the US and who had no way of contacting me.

Do yourself a favor and dont waste money on this. I wish I would have bought more expensive app that actually gives you some useful information. This claims to give you only a few things and half the time it cant even find those. The amount of "N/A" in the app is pretty sad.

Gate info not available for all airlines

Does not provide any gate into for southwest airlines. Useless. I want my money back

Real does not update info quickly. Very poor. I wish I had not bought it.
