In Japan there is a tradition where each generation inherits a "Kamon"(family crest), which represents the values, history and the legacy
of that family. The kamon also reflects the Japanese sense of beauty, the countrys culture, and lends a sense of dignity, pride, aesthetic sense and so on.
Birthday Hanakomon (The Floral Emblem for 366 Days) we selected Japanese flowers for every single day of the year. Each selected flower is transformed combining the customs of the kamon into a“Komon”(a Private Kamon).
Each Hanakomon has a keyword, which was created from the image of original flower considering its looks, characters and history. Each days message will be your guide to a fulfilling day.
This application can be used as a social utility that connects people with families,friends and others who live around them by checking the daily Hanakomon on a birthday or memorial day.
You can enjoy the designs and messages each day and use them as a conversation starter.
