Description

FM Works Apps extends Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) data to mobile devices. Now, mobile workers in the field can access, update, and complete service tickets on the fly. Field technicians can see all of their work tickets, add resources such as parts and time, and mark them complete. Once complete, FM Works Apps sends the completed ticket back to the enterprise IWMS system via the cloud for real time reporting and notifications. FM Works Apps continues the tradition of FM Works with cloud based mobility, an intuitive interface, and ease of deployment and use. FM Works Apps for iPhone and iPad provides the following capabilities: * Remote access to work requests * Real Time list of assigned work * View and update ticket and associated resources * Administrators have the ability to track additional fields * Share work between multiple craftspeople * Close work immediately when complete * More features coming soon.
