Description
Fodmap Plan is a 7-day meal plan for the low FODMAP diet, including 3 quality (and tasty) FODMAP friendly meal recipes per day. A great resource for those new to eating low FODMAP, or experienced fodmappers.
The low FODMAP diet works by restricting foods high in certain carbohydrates called FODMAPs, this can assist in the management of the gastrointestinal symptoms associated with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
