Description
Understanding nutrition labels can be frustrating and time-consuming! With Food Watchers, you can easily make healthy choices on the go. The app is much like a traffic light. Just search your food item and find its color. RED means have less of, YELLOW means have in moderation, and GREEN means have as many servings as you want. If you can not find a food item, simply enter the information from the nutrition label and the app will tell you that items color. Happy Healthy Eating!
