This app is beautiful and the supposed functionality is so helpful. But it doesnt work. I can scan my products, name them, set shelf life or an expiry date. Awesome. Whenever I want to categorize the application crashes. I tried writing to Support team but their email is out of service. Dont download this app unless theres an update after May 2016.

I have happily used this app for several years and would give it 4½ stars (½ off as he still had not given us the promised ability to save our data). Now as the previous reviewer noted, there is a serious glitch and Support seems to have closed up shop and gone home. I have communicated with Support on a previous occasion and he was most concerned and responsive. I fear he has abandoned this app.

Dont waste your time

Crashes whenever I try to categorize anything. Support email bounces back. Dont spend hours inventorying items only to find this app sucks.

So disappointed in this app. No reviews listed when I paid and downloaded first of all...I looked. Second I spent a whole day scanning my pantry and fridge stuff and it doesnt work! When I want to categorize it goes to the home page! In fact every thing I try to do now ends up closing the app!! It also says it is in the process of syncing with all devices but no indication when this might be. I would not waste your money and time! As others indicated the support page doesnt work either, I get a bounce back.
