In the inspiration section you can learn more about our destinations and hotels, book a holiday and get the latest offers. Once you have booked a trip with us you can log in and find personalized information about your holiday. Flight times, weather and facts about destinations and hotels - everything you need for your coming holiday, conveniently gathered in one place. If you have a booking with Fritidsresor the language in the app will be Swedish. If you have a booking with Finnmatkat, the language in the app will be Finnish. For Norwegian Star Tour bookings you’ll get the app in Norwegian, and for Danish Star Tour bookings the app will be in Danish. This app has everything you need for your holiday in one place – including: • Guide Online – a chat function to get in direct contact with our reps on the destination where you’re going. This function is open when you are on holiday and the weeks before you leave to give you the best possible service. • A personalised holiday countdown • The weather where you’re going • Information about your flights • Direct access to order duty free • Information about your hotel • Map of your destination • Excursions • If you’re going to one of our Blue Village or Blue Star hotels you will get the weekly Activity Program in the app. The Program is visible in the app 14 days before departure and during the holiday. • Inspiration if you haven’t booked a holiday just yet - destinations, hotels, films, facts and reviews from other travellers You can use most of these features offline, so you dont have to worry about data charges or finding Wi-Fi if you want to check your booking details, or simply browse information about your destination. We are doing a trial of new features in the app for some of our hotels. Check the weekly activities program for your hotel, ease the check in process at the hotel by doing pre-check in, and check your balance for “My smartband”. The smart bracelet “My smartband” is used to unlock the door to your hotel room and for quick and convenient payment around the hotel.
