In a very easy way you will get control of when you eat unhealthy food.
If you want to loose weight or just eat healthier, its important to understand your eating habits.
By knowing how often and when you eat the bad food, you can much easier avoid eating it.

* Weekly and total overview
* Beginner tutorial
* Daily remainder can be set at any time. i.e. 7.30 PM if that suits you the best.
You decide what candy is to you.
It can naturally be normal candy, chocolate or chips. But it may also be too large portion-size.
The average person often eats too large portion-sizes and by adding that as your "candy", you will understand how often you eat too much.
Its usually hard to add exactly what you have eaten to be able to know the exact calorie-intake you have.
Its much easier to just add what type of food you had - Good or Bad - Fruit or Candy
