There must have been an update that logged me out. I tried to log back in but it will not let me. So I used the forgot password function and I never get an email to change my password. I tried to create a new account and it says this email is already in use. Don’t they check these apps before they update them to make sure they work? My doesn’t.
Waste of time
If you’re using iCloud to sign in, it’s a complete waste of time. The “app specific password” clearly isn’t correctly programmed to work with this app. Spent 30 min trying to be verified before deleting the app. Better off using a pencil and an actual address book.
Does not deliver and 0 response to support questions
I recently signed up for the premium service for full contact. The description on what the app is capable of doing is awesome.... however I have not seen any real success. I still have multiple version of contacts, signatures are not being read and added to contacts and I have tried to contact support 3 times with no response. I don’t mind paying a premium but do expect things to work.

What happened?
Was working as it should then mid-week contacts are a jumble, auto merging different contacts data, and not updating corrections. My 3 contact lists and this app each list different info. Will hang on for a few more days in hopes for an update; otherwise, delete/ cancel/ request refund.
Accurate!
I’ve been using FullContact now for a couple of years. Transcription by a real person is way more accurate than OCR card scanners, especially when people seem to insist on using light print on dark color cards with font so small you can hardly see it with a magnifying glass. Adding tags to contacts is very helpful, I can search by tag to find contacts that I met at the same business meeting or are in the same kind of work.
Not much value
I find FullContact to be expensive and not reliable. I wanted FullContact to do 2 things sync my contacts and make business card importing easier. The sync does not seem to work and the business card capture is flaky. I won’t renew.
