* Currently supported placeholder types include text, time, date, and number, with multiple presentation formats available for each type

* The same placeholder can be used multiple times in a document, and a different presentation format for each occurrence

* Standard word processing functionality including headers and footers, pagination, text and paragraph formatting. Automatic system placeholders for the current date and time, page, total pages and document name

* Person information such as names, addresses, telephone numbers can be merged from your Contacts as well as from a CSV document

* Preview documents by substituting the values from specified CSV records

* Automatically generate multiple individual PDF documents for specified records in a CSV document (or for specified Contacts)
