Gaze HD Beautiful Views at Mac App Store analyse

So yeah -- while the "Beautiful views" really are just what they claim to be, the execution is far less than desired or expected. I was impressed with the shot set-ups (especially the waterfalls), but really disappointed in the clips. I would have been far more pleased with five or six really long clips rather than twenty different :10 - :20 second clips slopily spliced together to create infinite loops. Good effort, but SERIOUSLY, for three bucks, I would have been THRILLED with just one of those scenes that was uncut and about 10 minutes long. Thanks, but PLEASE try again.

For me to get some peace & wonderful relaxing sounds & scenes is great. I am thinking about putting this app on my spare Mac Mini & taking one of my extra thin LCDs & taking it out of the case & mounting it on the wall with molding around it & wood window seal to make it look like a real window & maybe some fake curtains on the side also. When you do not have a view, make one. Nice App, Go get it!

Love the images - including the 2 waterfalls from Katoomba, would very much like an option of a much longer scene, even if the loop points arent there? Great job!

This app is great! The makers did a terrific job in filming and looping everything. They also included scenes I probably wouldnt have thought of. Also, the inclusion of candles was fun, because I dont see any candle app for Mac, though there is a great one for iPad. Well worth the money.

I have this about 6ft x 8ft on my wall and pumped through a tuned surround sound system. This does two things: 1) It chills me out faster than Scotch 2) It makes the cat completely mezmerized by the occasional little things that float by (like the snow). I wish I had bought this months ago.

I can hear the water falls, but can see nothing but a black screen and then this app crashes my Mac. Waste of my money.

Good scenes. Relaxing. Thats what I asked for and thats what I got!
