Description
GBGO is the Gallagher Bassett mobile App that helps injured workers manage their workers’ compensation claims anytime, anywhere. The App provides claim status, updated benefits payment information, and the ability to easily contact a GB Resolution Manager with claims related questions. The following features are available to claimants:
Registration – Self-register by providing the claim number and other key demographic information.
Claim List – View a list of workers’ compensation indemnity claims (both old and new) that are tied to their current employer.
Claim Summary – Click on a claim from the Claim List for more information about each claim.
Payments – View all benefits payments issued to them for each claim.
RM – Contact their Resolution Manager via a one-click email or call option.
Note: The Resolution Manager is the person managing the user’s claim at Gallagher Bassett.
