With offline capability, the GCTF Mobile App allows the tools provided by the GCTF to be used by boots on the ground, regardless of internet connection. The engaging interface and logical flow of the app keeps the user experience fluid while encouraging users to reference the material presented by the GCTF often and without hesitation. In short, this app will bring the GCTF an active, engaged audience.
