Description
Genome is a genetic sequencer for the iPhone and iPod touch. It is mainly designed as a learning tool for university students taking genetics and researchers needing instant sequencing and transcription of sample sequences. The current version of Genome is capable of:
-Transcription of DNA to RNA
-Reverse transcription of RNA to DNA
-Translating DNA sequences into amino acid sequences
-Reverse complement of DNA/RNA sequences
Genome is still under major development and we hope to add & enhance features while keeping the simplicity for ease of use.
Furutre updates will include:
- cloud storage of sample and analysis data.
- restriction enzyme site search.
- ORF search.
