Guter Ansatz, aber ausbaufähig

Ich habe lange nach einem Tool gesucht, in dem man relativ unkompliziert Koordinaten eingeben und man umgehend seine Position und Abstand zum gesuchten Waypoint sehen kann. Das geht zwar auch z.B. mit dem kostenlosen GCTools aber hier ist Handhabung und Bedienung wesentlich angenehmer. Zusätzlich gibt es die übliche Tools zum dechiffrieren und um Schnittpunkt zu berechnen. Grafisch insgesamt gut umgesetzt. Die Bedienung ist sehr intuitiv und es gibt zu den einzelnen Funktionen und Optionen Hilfepunkte. Für ein "Sehr gut" reicht es leider noch nicht. Schön wären noch: - die Kompass / Distanz Navigation könnte optisch noch etwas gepimpt werden. Der Kompass wirkt recht mickrig. - Offline Maps zum Download (z.b OSM Anbindung) - Möglichkeit für längere Waypoint Namen - Auto Rotation im Karten Modus - Lokalisierung (bisher nur english)

Einzigartige Funktionen

Das Bedienkonzept bei den Wegpunkten ist nicht intuitiv und noch unausgereift. Doch die vielfältigen Winkelfunktionen mit grafischer Darstellung sind einzigartig und genau das, was mir bisher auf dem iPhone gefehlt hat. Freue mich auf Updates - hoffentlich bald mit Offlinekarten!

Hervorragendes Tool, welches besonders zur Berechnung verschiedener Arten von Projektionen nützlich ist. Bereits vielfältig unterwegs verwendet. Absolute Kaufempfehlung für die PRO-Version.

Also ich bin für den Preis mehr als unzufrieden! Sicher gibt es viel nützliches in dieser App aber für den Preis sollte zb das Peilen etc einfacher gestaltet werden!!

Außer für selten benötigte Peilungen und Koordinaten Berechnungen ein wahrer Reinfall. Andere Apps kosten weniger und bieten z.B. reichlich Konvertierungen.

This is an okay app, but doesnt touch the functionality of the Droid GCC app. The waypoint projection function could use some work, such as allowing multiple decimal points and calculating triangulation of three known points with known angles and distances. I hope to see continued support and features.
