Geometry ++ : 3D Solid allows you to calculate VOLUMES, SURFACE AREAS, circumference / perimeter, cross-sectional areas
and more for basic 3D geometric volumes including:
1. Sphere
2. Cylinders
3. Cones
4. Rectangular Prisms
5. Rectangular Pyramids
For 2D geometry look up our other app, Geometry ++ : 2D Solid which allows you to calculate sides, angles, lengths, areas,
and perimeters for basic 2D geometric shapes including:
1. Lines
2. Circles
3. Triangles
4. Rectangles
5. Trapezoids or Trapeziums
For each of the shapes, entering a minimal set of inputs allows you to calculate
a bunch of unknowns and the results are presented on the same screen!
Works for both METRIC and ENGLISH units because the results are unit-independent!
As an example, the following unknowns are calculated for pyramids:
1. Volume
2. Surface area
3. Side area
4. Front area
5. Bottom area
6. Side slant height
7. Front slant height
For the polygons, the app calculates areas, perimeters, internal angles as well as the lengths of the sides.
Includes easy to read, short concise notes with the equations and formulars used in the app for your reference.
