Esta guía pretende mostrar el origen y evolución del relieve grancanario, mediante el recorrido a pie de un transecto diametral entre dos poblaciones turísticas: Maspalomas y Agaete.
La variedad de paisajes que alberga el archipiélago canario invita a recorrer las islas palmo a palmo, paseando por las antiguas cañadas y caminos reales, que incitan a la evasión, a sentir de cerca una cultura ancestral y una historia mágica, salpicada por la violencia telúrica que irrumpe en la vida cotidiana. El senderismo en Canarias no tiene limitaciones, es una actividad repleta de sensaciones, un mundo que da la bienvenida a personas de todas las edades. Una experiencia para compartir con toda la familia. El archipiélago ofrece paisajes llenos de contrastes; antiguos senderos que cruzan entre volcanes.
El uso continuado del GPS de fondo puede reducir el nivel de carga de la batería drásticamente.
