- Share either the image or the link. This makes it easy to share the GIF with any app, being it the standard Messages app or your favorite Twitter client.

- Search for GIFs and keep track your recent searches in search history.
- View GIFs that are trending right now and GIFs you have recently share.
Gifferent also provides an extensive and powerful URL scheme.
- gifferent://trending, gifferent://favorites and gifferent://recent opens the respective tab.
- Append a search query to any of the above schemes to initiate a search when the app opens, e.g. gifferent://trending?search=cats
- Append a list when opening the favorites, to open that list immediately, e.g. gifferent://favorites?list=minions
