NOT IN ENGLISH Text is all Russian or Greek or some other non-western alphabet. Yeah, the description says its in English and the sample pics all show English text but they LIE!!!

The app description is in English, but the app is not. I believe it is in Russian. The App Store does not show that the app language is not English.

На работе , чтобы снять усталость и напряжение пользуясь этими комплексами.очень грамотно по добраны,главное действенны.если бы еще музыкальное сопровождение-цены бы небыло этому приложению.

Красиво, но не очень полезно...

Оформлено все хорошо, упражнения разнесены по категориям и снабжены фотографиями, можно добавить нужные вам упражнения в избранное. Собственно на этом функционал программы и заканчивается. То есть, это фактически каталог упражнений с картинками, не более того. Нет никакого календаря, нельзя составить план занятия, нет таймера или возможности отметить что ты сегодня уже сделал, а что нет. Словом, бесполезная фигня в красивой обертке. И все восторженные отзывы здесь мне не очень понятны.
