- Record Your Tan — Use the built‑in tanning timer to track your sun exposure, log tan sessions, and see how long you’ve been out. Pause and resume whenever you need a break.
- Vitamin D Tracking — Glow Flow estimates your Vitamin D based on UV strength, how long you’re out, your skin type, clothing coverage, and even elevation — then saves it to Apple Health.
- Skin Type & Clothing — Pick your Fitzpatrick skin type and what you’re wearing so the Vitamin D estimate actually means something for you.
