Al uw aankoopbonnen door middel van 1 handeling automatisch verwerkt.
Hoe werkt het:
-U rekent uw aankoop af
-Maakt van de aankoopbon een foto
-U drukt op verzend
Wat doet het systeem:
-De bon wordt verstuurd naar uw backoffice
- Klantgegevens, administratiegegevens, kostenplaats, projectcode worden meegestuurd
-Aankoopbedrag wordt aangemaakt dmv handmatige ingave of OCR technologie
-Foto inclusief boeking bestand wordt aangemaakt en verstuurd
Wat zijn de voordelen:
-Uw aankoopbon wordt direct als declaratie verwerkt
-Uw aankoopbon kan gekoppeld worden met de meeste declaratiesystemen
