Dear Globe, Before you launch and promote an app, make sure it works. It does not. After putting in my credit card details, the app crashes all the time leaving the user clueless if the purchase cleared and if the credit card was charged. In all cases, I havent successfully bought a ticket with this app. Totally useless.

Dear Globe: When will you learn your lesson? You are always eager to introduce something yet you are not ready. First, your launching of the iPhone 5 was really screwing your subscribers up. Second, you introduced apps that are not working. Third, your customer service is so POOR. Yet, you have the face to tell people that you are number 1 in postpaid! Stop your illusion because you are not. Before you ask your subscribers to download the app, make sure that it works and useful!

Why was it even released? I thought Apple has a stringent review of the apps before it gets posted. This app is a total crap. Does not even work. Crashes everytime I select a movie for schedules.

Handy app for buying same day tickets

Had a buggy experience on the first release but like other good apps, developer was anxious to listen and find the bug. As of this writing an updated version has been released and the gui of the main page has been re-designed making it more interesting to use. Checking out and paying for the ticket is easy. I like how its tied up with rotten tomatoes especially for movies that are not quite advertised. This app i believe will continue to be updated and my only rant for now is that the system will not allow you to make advance purchases like a few days before. Anyway if you like to watch at ayala cinemas especially in g4 and g3 this app is pretty handy.
