GO FIT YOURSELF is a fitness test app aimed at boxing and exercise enthusiasts of all fitness levels, designed and developed in support of the documentary film LAST WOMAN STANDING from PROSPECTOR FILMS. Exercises that focus on specific areas of the body mean you can test what you want when you want. Go Fit Yourself tracks results and awards medals keeping you motivated as you work your way to elite!
Go Fit Yourself is a great way to test different aspects of your physical fitness and see how you measure up against some of the world’s top athletes.
* Test one body zone at a time or choose a full-body workout
* In-app sounds alert you to the start and end of each timed exercise
* Track your PBs for each exercise
* View your progress with in-app charts
* Simple illustrations show you how to execute exercises correctly
* Settings and achievements will be saved between sessions
