** 40% Off Sale until 22 January 2017 ** The Goldratt Managing Flow Simulation is a customizable simulation model that allows you to explore the impact of Theory of Constraints (TOC) planning, execution and continuous improvement rules will have on the performance on various types of environments. You can choose between the following types of environments: Operations, Projects, Services, Maintenance and Back Office. For each of these, there are a number of pre-configured scenarios that you can upload to see how the simulation works. You can also create your own scenario by modifying one of the default scenarios from our library or creating a new one from scratch. Any custom scenarios can be saved, distributed and re-loaded back into the model. The simulation model has a dashboard that shows various key performance indicators so you can see the impact of changes in rules like batching or multitasking and/or performance parameters such as cycle time variability. In the advanced view you can do scenario comparisons and sensitivity analysis experiments.
